Tyler Powell is one of a kind. This man came in with total confidence and I admired his hustle. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Tyler actually told me to speak to other adjusters, to get a feel for who to go with. As a real estate investor who owns multiple properties, I knew to go with Turner. I was given great detail into what needed to be done which was a plus because I am a man who is very detailed. Tyler introduced me to his partner Kirk (a smart man). Together they explained they were going to take care of me and they were going to get me exactly what I deserved. The next meeting I had was with Tyler and walked me through all the paperwork. We sat down for about 2 hrs and he informed me about the coverages on my policy that I didn’t even know about. Tyler basically held my hand through the whole process. He kept me in the loop of every update that was taken place. In the end these men got me more than I thought I was going to get. My expectations were exceeded. This whole process went very smooth.
